A little about me...
I am a psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience supporting others through their most meaningful and challenging moments. Following a career as a Social Worker, I retrained to earn a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy—a transition driven by my fundamental belief in the transformative power of connection. For me, therapy is about the profound impact of being truly seen, heard, and supported in a space entirely free from judgment
I’m based in the Brecon Beacons National Park, and whenever possible, I love to bring the natural world into the therapeutic space. There’s something incredibly grounding about being outdoors, and I often find that walking and talking, or simply being in nature, can help people open up in new and meaningful ways.
As an integrative therapist, I draw from a diverse range of approaches—including humanistic, existential, and relational psychodynamic perspectives. This allows us to explore not only your immediate experiences but also the deeper questions of meaning and the relational patterns that shape your life. In addition, I am both qualified and experienced in a range of somatic techniques, such as mindfulness, breathwork, trauma-sensitive yoga, and movement. I have a particular interest in the nervous system and can support you in learning more about how the body and mind interact using tools like Polyvagal Theory. All of this means I can draw on a broad wealth of knowledge and experience to best meet you exactly where you are, tailoring our work with kindness, care, and curiosity.
I offer a free 15-minute introductory phone call so we can have an informal chat about your needs and see if we are a good fit to work together.
If you’re considering seeking some support, I’d be glad to meet you, wherever you're starting from.
